This game is starting to grow on me, I'm having a blast!!! Lets hope the devs fiix the darn game so it becomes a smash hit.... It's heading that way...I see some large server improvements but it seems to have regressed today. Fingers crossed!

I really wnana give this game a try with my fiance, but i meen i hear so much bad stuff about it, is it really fun? will developers patch'? did any patches come out since release? how is it content wise? how many areas? do lots of ppl play it?

I would really like to know how the game is 'really' going to... You cannot ever get a straight answer around here though. All MMORPG.com is a place full of jaded, And Closed minded people who can't form a positive thought in there heads!

You will also find threads in which people who do like the game's potential complain about Gear Imbalances, Faults in the progression system (especially crafting) and lack of Goals and Meaning to PVP which leads to Ganking.

 

The game has launched with skeleton core features. It also has several technical issues, lag, instability, exploits. Masthead has promised that the features missing from launch like resource gathering, territorial conquest, etc will be added within then next 2+ months.

 

It's the typical case of the Sandbox with "Potential" that launches very poorly, the Devs promise that they will put everything in eventually and people who want it simply wait for the magical patches that will deliver.

If you're on the fence, wait a month or two and you won't be disappointed.

If you're on the fence but just can't wait, buy it from google (look around for cheaper retailers), but don't expect everything to be polished. You can however begin skilling up, exploring and learning the game.
