First Sorry my Bad English i hope you guys understand what i trying to say.

I can´t say anything about the gameplay. But i can say something about the Support.

First i read stuff about rong game key´s the player´s get´s. Most of them did a ticket and they get correct Key´s allright.

I dint want to start with Earthrise on realese. give them a littel time to fix some bug´s that they saw on realese day no problem for me. Also i dont have problems with lags or if stuff not working correct.

But if you buy a game install all you need make a account all succes. AND then you can´t Login .....LOGIN FAILED.  WTF 

So ok ok no problem. Lets make ticket they gonna fix it.

I did a ticket and still today i never nerver heard anythink from support ... did i say that i make more then one ticket. What they doing? I mean hey its day 3 now they got my money and i got my .....................LOGIN FAILED.

I think i showed more then patience. But now its over i really no more interresting to play that game not now and not in the future. It really feels like they ripped me off.

For all people they wanna Buy this game. WAIT still they FIX that Shit. Read the forums first still a admin or a Staffmember from earthrise did a Statment about that EPIC FAIL.

I am Sorry that this is a negative threat. Normaly i dont post about Bug´s and crying about grafik and this doesnt work and that doesnt work.

But this is More then a Bug.

Most of us guy´s have a Job and we have Boss behind us. If i make mistakes in my job i have to fix it or my Boss is gonna be really angry. We all make mistakes no problem but then we have to fix the mistake. But like they do ..........we dont hear, we dont see , we dont TALK.

For me they all get fired.
