Not always, BSOD can happen from something as simple as a driver conflict or software error all the ways up to hardware failure. BSOD comes with a simplicit code that can be used to attempt to find the cause of the BSOD. Problem is half the time its a generic error message that just leads you in circles.

There is information in that gibberish code though, and it does point to a source but to the public and even some more experienced IT professionals its nonsense but what you can do is send it to Microsoft and let them analyze it to find out what the cause was exactly.

I already know what the cause was though, Earthrise's code. They cant even get a simple ping server script to work in the launcher, but i digress, I'm done with this game. I'll play Rift now.
