I just got off Enterra Island and I have been killing the monsters for the starting quests at northern camp. Other than the quest items, I dont get any drops of like crafting material or vender junk.... Whats the deal?

Droprate is some 10% for crafting-materials. It's this low to keep people grinding away, as there's nothing else to do otherwise.
