They're adding shapeshifting. You have to defeat the mob and use a dreamcatcher to add it to your collection, but it allows you to shift into that form while taking on it's skill list, movement speed and stats. Comes with a questline in Cor (the place you learn Animal Taming) too and is part of the Adventurer talent.

The list of transformations is pretty long, each rank has ~3 choices to level off of. Becoming friends with NPC's gives you there transformation and God-based ones are planned to be sold in the cash shop.
