Hi.

So I tried this game and played a few chars to level 10 to 15 and stuff, but some things confused me. Like, the amount of information about this games seems to be rather small in general. I have to look up everything I want to know on the Wiki website about this game.

But what I was wondering were another few things, like:
It seems to be very difficult for me to get in touch with other players in this game. Up to now I didn't pay for it, so I can't use all channels. I use the global or region one (the white one, forgot whichs name it had), but people nearly never reply. Except every now and then another newbie. Why don't people reply? Does everyone use only the guild-channel or the channel you have to pay for, and ignores everyone using the other channels? Or what's going on?

I can't ask a single question in the game because 99% of the time noone will reply anyway. So if it's not on the Wiki I'm boned. Like, I was searching in that ice area for mutant sea lions, but didn't find them. I checked the Wiki, saying nothing, and no player of course replied either. I assume they are only active on day or night or something, but I'm not sure.

So... whats up with the communication in this game? I don't get it.

Also, the hunter pets are weird. They don't heal by themselves, I can't heal them either. They don't gain xp or something, but die very quickly. And sometimes they are very very slow moving too. Do they make any sense at all? I like pet classes in general, and when I finally could tame one I was hugely disappointed, so that I started another class and didn't play the hunter again so far.

So, in general I like the game and am having fun. It would be nice if anyone could help me out a bit. :)

About the communication, I agree. I hadsome questions to ask, but nobody replyed to them. I had to find out for myself.

The higher char I have is a 35 (I think) Bartuk Warrior, but from that level, everything starts to get grindy (to make you buy the premuim stuff I guess).

You are gonna have trouble getting help in Crescent.  Most players choose to start in Turba because it is newer and better designed zone.  Typically, if you want a question answered soon and you don't have region.  You should go to a town with an Auction hall and you will typically get a response.  However, since Crescent is under populated you won't get an answer there.

To answer your question Mutant Sea Lions only spawn in the day.  There is the logging camp with the smugglers.  They spawn in that area.
