Walking around Ruins of Lament, I saw some guys with strange names without vogals, but I was just passing through there. 3 hours later, I needed to come back there, and the same guys was there.... 4 hours later and the same guys was there, doing the same thing killing the same mobs. When I walk around the map, I see more ppl bot-like than I see real players.... Is this game going to become another Lineage 2? with a world full of bots...

The higher level you get, the less bots you will encounter.  At level 50 they are non-existant.  However, there are also considerably less players.

Also the simple bot prevention they have implemented prevents the worst of bots.  Like the 20 running off 1 machine is impossible in this game.  Also it prevents auto-login and auto bot creation on ban.
