Im tempted to play this game but I know most asian grinder games have some form of game guard. I do not wish to put any of those programs on my computer. So my question is does this game use any form of that program?

I don't think it uses Gameguard.

Gravity uses internally developed anti-hack measures that are done directly in the program.

It uses Hackshield, which is similar to Gameguard in that it controls access to the game files and RAM locations.  It was disabled up until recently, and has since blocked some users from accessing the game with their input hardware (mice, keyboard & controllers).  Most likely it will be corrected by the time the game launches.  If you do not want Hackshield on your pc you'll have to find another game.

You can use both of them.  They have been working with Hackshield to get devices to work.  However, you probably will have to change the keying applications because only a couple of them are supported.  Here are the software apps that are supported for mapping.

xpadder
Pinnacle Game Profiler
Joy2Key
total game control
Intellipoint Software
Setpoint software
ZEngine Software
Wingman Pro 5.02
