- Decent game, but the graphics were HORRIBLE. The ground textures were just random patches put together. I would of liked to give the game a better try, but it was way too much of an eyesore.

- I have played this game for the past month. It was my first MMORPG. I found the interactions to be great. Excellent graphics, that bring you into the game. The quests were pretty good. The only problem with the quests was the inability to get back to the previous worlds. I made my elfen mage. Leveled up to lvl 21, then decided to try a few portals, and... BIG mistake! Not all places will let you return to an earlier screen. I ended up in a place that was 20 levels above me, and that was that. I will be starting the game over with a new character; This time without roaming outside of my level. It also tends to bog down my 2gig ram real fast. I assume that is caused by so many people playing. Hey, being able to play for free, it's definately worth it!

- This is a very well put together game. Awsome RvR with decent PvE to go with it. The customer service is also good which goes a long way in itself. There are still many things to come as expansions for the game are still being worked on. The Korean version is on EP 4 so far and we will get EP3 very soon. It is definetly worth a try as it is truly one of the best F2P games out there (even on par with many P2P games really, if not better).

- The actual game is great - the customer service is dismal. I have seen people banned when even the GMs admit it was by accident days later. Sure, doesn't sound so bad unless you had timed cash store items (they still expire even if you aren't playing). GMs are not responsive to questions and game sages vary between the ones who abuse their powers and those who honestly try to help but seem to burn out early.

- Best Asian style free2play I have seen. It looks almost identical to Lineage 2. However, there is no lag issues like L2, and I haven't come across a multitude of bots. Sure it is still your basic grindfest that these Asian MMO's seems to love, but it does have a little bit more in the way of a storyline and quests. Simply put, try this before paying a sub for L2.

- Great f2p game, astonishing really. RvR style PvP reminds me of DAoC in every way. Really, I was blown away by this game. Lookin for a great freebie thats better than WoW or many other P2P games than give this a try.

- Is there a cookie-cutter somewhere churning mmorpg's out there somewhere? Because there's nothing terribly new or exciting about this MMORPG. But that's not a bad thing for me: in fact, it's exactly what I wanted right now. Right off the bat I know what I'm doing: I don't have complex skill systems or trading systems to learn. This is pick up and play Mmog-ing - the download is less than a gig, the music isn't turn-off annoying, the respawns are quick and obvious, and the server is well populated. It's not terribly pretty, but it has gameplay. Best of all, it's free!

- Overall a game worth a try, especially if you enjoy PvP. Balanced and classic. But if you are looking for something with more depth, originality and good pve content then you probably won't have fun with shaiya, at least not for long. Check the forums for my more detailed review.
