hey aeria fans, please tell me which game is better for pvper like me who likes low grind, good graphics and balanced pvp with death penalty

i played shaiya. graphics was ok, grind was acceptable and pvp penalty was ok. i disliked dividing into factions though, but it was no major problem. how are these things in 12sky in comparison?

i played last chaos too but it was one of the most retarded mmo i played. pointless pvp with penalty for pk and grind without boundaries
