Ok i have created my account back in 06 but never got a email.Now i got an email and I Reactivated my account but now when i try to play the game it says "account locked.Futher inquries about this matter should be directed to support. Now what do I do to unlock my account? |

You COULD give them a phone call. Or you can go to www.entropiauniverse.com, there left of the frontpage click 'support', then 'my support', log in with your account name & password, and at ' In order to submit a new Support Case click here', well, click that 'here'. Choose 'Account General Inquiry' as the inquiry class and type your question. MindArk doen't have the resources like for example Blizzard does, but they should answer you within couple work-days. |
