Barely anyone plays this game and the management team is horrible. Definitely not a game worth spending money on. Customer service is completely nonexistent. I started off paying for some phoenix points, but ran into so many problems with getting my rewards and such. You have to literally bother them over and over to get what they promise you with no guarantees. Don't expect responses from them for days, its absolutely absurd. You will literally wonder, why the hell do I give money to support this kind of service. The game would be good if they got a new management team who could advertise and provide some real customer service. Theres no point in buying phoenix points and paying money for their salaries when the service sucks. The game is doomed unless they get some better employees. Those idiots don't do anything but then just put little happy faces in their messages when they apologize. Not to mention the GMs pretty much no longer support this game other than answering a few forum questions. Avoid at all costs.

I have played this game for quite a long time and I have spent over 600 bucks on the game. Their customer service is really good.

I don't know your problems but I get GM assistance immediately after purchase.
