I was looking at some of the screen shots on the official website, and the graphics look incredibly dated; are there newer graphics that have been implemented? Aside from the asthetic questions about graphics, overall, is it a fun game to play? What is there to do in the game?

It's not a commercial project anymore, but it does aspire to commercial quality. I actually like the "vintage" graphics but that's because I belong to a generation that grew up on earlier games.
