Hello everyone!

I'm looking for a new MMO and I've probably tried 95% of every MMO out there - and I'm not exaggerating. I've tried planeshift back in the day, but it didn't keep me. However, I've been looking at it more recently and I've been wondering if others here have played it and have liked it.

Here are the features that the game boasts of:

In all honesty, the best thing to do is to ignore the hype and check out the game yourself. You also need to stick with it for a bit before you can appreciate what the game has to offer. The devs brag about things like a large playerbase and tons of in-game abilities, but these claims aren't entirely true and they aren't even the best things about the game (IMO).

It's a great platform for roleplay if you are interested in a complex medieval setting with a touch of sci-fi. The current release is a memory hog compared to previous (and hopefully future) releases, so you may want to bookmark it and think of the game again in a few months.

I realy like PlaneShift, specialy the RolePlay part of it. And I defenitly agree with: Planeshift is a great place to find new friends from all over the world. As is any place on the internet with a reasonable user base.

I've not been able to build my own castle yet, but you can always dream, maybe it will happen in the far future :P

As far as I can see, the only thing you can lose, by installing/downloading the game, is your time. As it is a completely FREE game. You can always unistall it.

So I would say to evrybody, give it a try
