  • Going Rogue: Mother Mayhem and The Seers Revealed

    Paragon Studios and NCsoft have updated the official Going Rogue website with details and screenshots on Mother Mayhem and The Seers. The description of the Seers reminds us a bit of the 2002 film Minority Report, as they are essentially a network of powerful psychics that prevent crimes before they happen by monitoring the thoughts of Praetoria's citizens. The Seers are lead by Mother Mayhem, the Praetorian version of Sister Psyche, one of City of Heroes' signature heroes.

  • Dual Pistols Now Live for Going Rogue Pre-Orders

    NCsoft and Paragon Studios have announced that the Going Rogue pre-order program has now kicked off! Beginning today, customers who pre-order Going Rogue will have immediate early access to the Dual Pistols powerset, which is one of the two new powersets featured in the Going Rogue expansion. Demon Summoning, the second new powerset, will be available for early access in April.
