City of Heroes Going Rogue will debut in about a month. In the meantime, developer Paragon Studios is teasing fans along with screens like those from today's Nova Praetoria zone preview.

For the uninitiated, Nova Praetoria is the most exclusive enclave, or ward, in all of Praetoria. Anyone who is anyone lives in Nova Praetoria including Emperor Marcus Cole.  In fact, Nova Praetoria is home to Cole Tower, the most dominant structure in the ward.

In addition to Cole Tower, Nova Praetoria is home to five of the most important civic structures: the Ministry of Information, the Ministry of Technology, the Civic Center, the Praetoria Police Headquarters, and the Cole Transport Authority.

Those strolling about Nova Praetoria will be able to gaze in wonder at statues of the most notable and famous Praetors though they are dwarfed by the gigantic effigy of Emperor Cole that stands in front of Cole Towers.

To keep the beauty of the area, a network of tunnels runs under Nova Praetoria. Within the Underground the most mundane tasks of transportation and municiple repairs are conducted.
