Paragon Studios and NCsoft have updated the official Going Rogue website with details and screenshots on Mother Mayhem and The Seers.

The description of the Seers reminds us a bit of the "precogs" from the 2002 film Minority Report, as they are essentially a network of powerful psychics that prevent crimes before they happen by monitoring the thoughts of Praetoria's citizens and reporting criminal thoughts to the Praetorian Police Department. It should be noted that those found guilty of "thought crimes" are not harshly punished, instead, they are put through a rehabilitation program in an attempt to correct the source of the behavior.

The Seers are lead by Mother Mayhem, the Praetorian version of Sister Psyche, one of City of Heroes' signature heroes. Mother Mayhem is actually the combination of Aurora Borealis, and Shalice Tilman, who was killed in a freak accident involving another psychic. In order to save Shalice, who dedicated her life selflessly to the aid of others, Aurora took Tilmans conscious into her own, becoming the Mother Mayhem we know today.
