Paragon Studios has posted an overview of the upcoming City of Heroes Issue 20: Incarnates. The new features implemented in Issue 20 will challenge the highest level City of Heroes players to stand up to some of the biggest and baddest enemies yet.

Because of issues with regard to receipt of the official City of Heroes newsletter, the team is giving a 'grace period' to players. The new dates for the program, which requires an unbroken subscription for the duration, will be from Monday, February 14th through Monday, April 18th.

Players continuing subscriptions from now through April 18th will receive several awards including the Seven Stars chest emblem, "The Constant" badge, a Loyalty emote, and the Vanguard Booster Pack, which grants the Vanguard costume change emote and a unique, non-combat pet.

Players with a continuous subscription to the game from February 1st through April 18th will receive a boatload of nifty rewards for their loyalty. Players will receive a new emote, a chest emblem, a loyalty badge and a booster pack in thanks for their support.
