City of Heroes News - Mac Launcher Released

The City of Heroes team has announced the availability of the NCSoft Launcher for Mac users. Developers indicate that this is beneficial for two reasons: 1) It will be compulsory in the near future so why not get started now; and 2) It allows faster and more efficient downloading of patches and updates to City of Heroes.

What advantages will you get from switching over to the NCsoft Launcher? Well, not only will it be compulsory in the near future, but you will also be able to get much faster updating speed so all your City of Heroes installations are available more quickly than before. Not to mention, that you will also be getting the Wisp aura costume piece in game after you've used the NCsoft Launcher for the first time!
