Hey all

 

I was confused with the Ask A Question thing at PlayNC (yes, I'm an idiot)

 

Anyways, I was wondering, is there a way to delete a master account? Because my dad and I had an account that I think we either deleted or just deactivated, and I was thinking of returning to CoH, but I can't remember the account name, but i remember the password, but wanted to know if you can delete the whole thing or just deactivate?

If you want to just start a new account then just start a new account. You will have to buy a retail code.

It should be pretty straightforward. Put your email up top, and ask your question. Just put "unknown" or "none" in the boxes for PlayNC account and Game account.

Anyway, no, you didn't delete it. It's there somewhere, waiting for you to remember the login name.

If you know what email you used when you registered it, that could help. A confirmation email always comes when you sign up, so it's possible you had it saved in that mailbox somewhere. Failing that, use the tool above to tell them your email and ask them to resend the login name confirmation.

Yea I found my account password yesterday. It seems I used a wrong letter lol. I had used the same password for a different game account, and put in that extra letter, so thats why I couldn't login lol. I'm just glad I remembered it so that if I do rejoin, I don't lose 18 months of playing and awesome rewards
