The folks from NCsoft’s City of Heroes have provided us with these screenshots from the upcoming Mission Architect System. In these images, you will find both captures of the toolset used to create missions and images of Architect Entertainment, the in-game location of the system:
As you can see, the tools system for Mission Architect is laid out in fairly simple terms. Each section has a header which, when expanded, gives users all of the options that they need in order to fill out their choices for that part of the mission. The first couple of shots provide a really good cross-section of the toolset as a whole.
The provided screenshots also give us an idea of what the enemy creator aspect of the tools gives to us. As you can see by the final two shots, players have almost all of the same options they have when creating a character when they are creating enemies to populate their missions.
As you can see from the above images, the Architect Entertainment facilities blend in nicely with the rest of the game. The image of the hologram that you see provides a good example of the way that players interact with this user generated content. If you enter one of these facilities and choose a mission, the holograms serve as contacts.
