TOS is never signed or accepted, so there the fault. The money is taken from Paypal(an american company). My bank will take the funds from them, and they will work it out with Vest game. Any other questions?

I do believe it says something along the lines of "by clicking accept you agree to the terms and conditions herein".

So you moved banks?  when I was in apoc, you told me that you worked for B of A?  You must be a very good banker to be hopping from bank to bank in this market.

LOL your Jeffoo derangement  is funny to me.  I am in the EU so I ddidnt know that B of A bought MNBA.  Conrats to you that you didn't get donwsized when they bought you.

You still agree to the TOS when you play the game.  It's your fault if you dont know the contents.  

I am pissed off at customer service too, because GM-Yide is a dumb GM who told me that my loss of items was from my own carelessness when it was lost to lag.

y  this always ends with 2 ppl discusion trying to prove which one is .

Point is that company that stands behind game is approving their "employes" to ruin game on their personal beliefs. Beside that there are rules which stands from one patch to another ... same for TOS or Eula...

If u ask me ... when certain person get a permission to ban ppl or decide whitch ppl should play or not .. then we came to up to a problem... that is teh 1st problem ...

there should be a defined system of rules which when u broke, u get ban or whatever u wanna call it (frozen acc only tells me that it can be UNfrozen if u have enough ppl to please and beg certain ppl) ...

2nd problem is company's little experiments when they come up with some "bright" idea with some new items like transform cards or 200 exp charms .. and then noooo that would make a each one with enough gold to became a little king in a little kingdom... (please give us money and then will decide if that is good for other ppl on server .. and see what they think 'bout that..)

3rd problem is u can 't be sure what is going with this game .. wokf have beautifull website with very liitle usefull informations ...

There should be a system of rules for every one, which stands for every1. And yes, if they wanted to cover that exploit with multiple acc and novice cards .. they could just put simple rule that u must approve uor account with valid email address, or ip adress or something (for example)... Not when someone use their rights( proposed by TOS) and came up with some bright thoughts and exploits their stupid system then they answer with  little James Bond GM's which supervise certain ppl and then ban them ...  ftw are we talking 'about ... and then after  u get support about uor acc ..from such ppl who even cant came up with  explanation  or proves .. and then their "england" language ....

.. if something doesnt change ... :( this fine game will see its end .... & not cuz of me and other players that dont bring any profit to teh game (ill never spand real money for stupid game) , but cuz of ppl who are spendind rl money and dont get thingies what they paid for,.... and its not this ride or that item, but quality time and fun they look for...

This is a simple problem realy a player was banned for making to many accounts.

There is nothing that says how many accounts is to many.

When you say ok he is banned for having to many accounts and a player ask you how many accounts are you aloud to have they should be able to tell you.

Thats what this is about no one here is crying and the best part is this does not effect me I am standing up for some one else.

This game has more drama then any other mmo that I have ever played.

Honestly this game has been run piss poor.

P.S. If you think this games main problem is cheaters and that theirs too many you OBVIOUSLY haven't played may other free MMOS; Cabal, RO, Archlord, Silk Road, 9dragons, pick any one of them you cant go out of almost any town without seeing at least 10 bots, thats one of the things the gms actually do right in this game. If there are bots then I havent seen them because they are in instances, which actually I dont mind because they arent interfering directly with my gameplay.

Just stumbled acrrss this one, lolz  I used to play the WoK-fu, snd I evn beta tested it.

I thaught it was a good game, but teh bugs, cheaters and haxorz totally screwed it.

Then the one dude Sunjin who was trying to fix problims and could speak english left, so I was like, time to get out while the gettin was good.

When i started playin, the gm's were totally rad,  helpen out and evrtyhting.  Diochen and sunjin were cool, and teh best was Lux who used to kill you then give you stuff in the beta.  that was so funny.  after the beat, the game seemed to be goin the right way, but hten it got whack.

I know for a fact thta diochen and sunjin both left, and they were the only good gms left, but they both now work at Eve online with soem of the other old gms like Lux and Xiao. I cn't beleive people are still playing this.

The GMs are banning players for no reason. Having many accounts is not a problem according to the TOS. Show your support and let the GMs know we wont stand by it. Ban players that hack, but dont ban players that haven't done anything wrong. And if you feel they are doing something wrong, then advise them and give them a warning.

Do you punish a child that does something wrong when he was never told that it wasn't right?

They freeze ppl with reason : many acc , i never see anygame like this, they cant think something better, only think with s... head?? and only help their friends lolz, they said gm cant play but in there i see some gms playing lolz. now here so many hacker, some1 just hacked 500bil but no1 of gm know abuot that ^^ so fun. cuz why gold in there alway go up, so new player can play?? if can play only hacker only lolz..... i wonder gms dont see what heppening at market , that their work , they ned to do something for that, but nothing, they only have work for freeze with reason MANY ACC ^^

lol the GM service is horrid which can certainly be compared to a pile of  horse #%^. I was banned for the same reason (creating a number of accounts), and was also accused by the GMs of using a money bug to quote them 'grind lot of money'.. rofl what a joke, 150mil of hard work down the drain (IronMonkey). I feel ya bro.
