Well, the game was in development before it was announced in 2007.

Maybe iffy because different people are doing this Jumpgate than did the original one?  Or that could be a good thing.  The original game was a pretty simple spaceflight sim, not much of an RPG.

This game is now in litigation , which basically means that it'll only see the light of day once the lawsuits are settled.

 The forums are still up. the link on jge's main site incorrectly links to a https:// when it should be http://

I think they keep it up so people have another place to beat dead horses
