This works! Live Chat is that icon in the mid left menu that says "Click here for live support"

Yep just did it and i totally made an ass of my self still worked had the guy named Feature just have to give him email and 2 questions then he started talking about basketball team xD

these guys are very polite/friendly, how many times does a CS staff open with a smiley face on an IM? I mean seriously now, I do that at my work but this is the only place I've ever seen for that. I  am impressed. They offered a key and I wasn't even directly asking for one. I am impressed, they earned a 5.

On a funny note, I told em I live in chicago IL and they didn't know what the IL stood for.

I mean seriously now, I am impressed. And yes, they offered a key pretty much....not sure if that is the CS thing or what, but yeah these guys deserve a good salary for how they treat people. I can tell you on my job they aren't quite so friendly on our customer service lol.

Oh, and I gave them high rating thing cause they were so polite....they deserve it

Someone wanna maby post the link because saddly, I can't seem to find the Live chat...Well there is the one link up top "Live Chat!" but i went there and im not sure wether or not thats what you people are talking about. Because when i went to it, it said can't connect or something like that so i don't know   oh and I NEED ONE OF THESE DAM KEYS iv been dieing to play this game for so long now and i already have the game downloaded and now its just sitting there unplayed lol

I am just told by them when I come to Live support that day,there was an unexpected glitch with the Live Support Provider then,so Zu online support lost the connect.They are very sorry about it.But I am curious that where canI get an close beta account,can I use the alpha account?

Anyone with an alpha test account can use the same account for closed beta.

I will go there and try to get one
