This is the chat log i had with an employee of the so called Customer Service of Zu Online...Btw i still have not gotten the links to work and when i said "Others people have gotten it to work"  I was looking to see how he would react and also i did see on their forums where people have downloaded it with the faster links. So here ya go:

there are 4 download links.  Two work, but they are http and very slow and then there are the utorrent links, but they just refresh the page

Eh, that wasnt so bad.  Now dealing with comcast is bad.  Or God forbid, AOL.

hey, comcast and AOL have phone service, they talk decent English and have understanding,

this guy is an idiot, and doesnt know what he's talking about

Lol yeah i have charter which is basically the same as comcast and this guy blew them out of the water.  He made their customer service look like a decent service...I swear he was just typing while playing world of warcraft or something.  Not really caring if he helped me or not.  I should get a job like that if that's all he ever does.

well clearly you guys have had better experiences with comcast than I have.  I am firmly convinced that they and AOL are subsidiaries of Hell.

That was not so bad I have seen hell of alot worse. Plus the game is free and you got to expect there to be problems for betas and alphas.
