G4Box has announced that they will be giving their players the chance to win an iPod Shuffle by being the highest level hero.
Highest Level Event - Event 1

G4Box is pleased to announce the "Highest Level Event". This is event will take place from now until July 25th 2007. Therefore, players may begin their quest into the Metin2 world at anytime within the above lifespan.
The winners are determined according to the following specification. The player who has acquired the highest level in the hero list will be announced as the top winner. If there is more than one player with the same level who is also a winner, then experience points will be taken into consideration as a next qualification. The first 5 winners (ranking 1-5) will be rewarded with an iPod Shuffle. The next 5 winners (ranking 6-10) will receive $50.00 worth of Metin points. Finally, the last 40 winners (ranking 11-50) will get $20.00 worth of Metin points. Do not miss out on this great opportunity as there are great prizes to be won.

Eye popping...my settings must have been wrong....eye strain maybe.

Great game , definitely... it really doesn't matter that it's little outdated and little grindfest that it's pain in the arse as well... and that quests are really most annoying ones that you will ever find , anywhere and that silkroad quests compared to this ones are masterpiece. It's still a good game .... About quests, well... You must find like 5 items and it doesn't sound so bad but to find that 5 items you must kill like 1960 mobs but quest mobs are usually so separated that it can take hours to find that items...
Ah i almost forgot best one, where you need to find some tooths or something like that... people get that quest at lvl 30 and some were complaining that they were lvl 45 and still haven't finished it despite killing thousands of same mobs. Then GM replied that it's nothing weird as quest is supposed to be done from lvl 30 - 90 ... it's definitely perfect game, isn't it ?

Unique Stylish Appearance
Do you want your character to look different then other characters? In Metin2 players are able to choose different hair styles and hair colors for their characters, making them distinct from other characters in the game.
What can i say... yea it's great customization... you can have different hair color , imagine it !!!!! It's just incredible, if you weren't playing this game this is your chance... your biggest chance to have hair different then that other guy over there !!
And sad truth is that you can :
Choose between 4 characters. 2 Male , 2 Female ones. There is absolutely NO customization except that one. Not even 2 body shapes, so if you are a guy you have 2 choices ( classes, everyone in that class is absolutely identical ) and same goes for girls.
Nothing much to add, it's just ... ah god that's it , i was usually defending korean games as i don't like generalization... But for Gods sake stay away from this game. Ah i almost forgot this ... there is also some kind of fishing... but they did their best to make even fishing grinding thing and i find it even more annoying then non stop grinding for 5 items.
That's it , maybe it's just my personal preference but i just can't force myself to play this game by any means.
