I just started playing metin 2 it is awesome for what it is and I wanted to know how can I change my characters face and/or hairstyles?

In metin2.us you can buy (through the metin mall) different styles of hair which give you certain attributes that will help in pvp.

Otherwise you can dye your hair without changing the style from a number of colors: red, white, blonde, black, purple, etc...
