Depends on what you are looking for. Note there is currently a free trial for ex-players, you should be able to log in with your old account up to the 22th Dec. 2005. |

They are going to fix the reload problem in the christmas patch. Life is a bad MMORPG. |

The main issue I had with Neocron is the syncing issue when you changed areas. I would have to quit 50% of the time just to get unstuck while changing areas. If this issue didn't exist, I probably would have subscribed. How is it now that Evo2.1 is out? |

I think extreme Synch problems are made by soft- or hardware problems. Sometimes i have to relog too on synchs but only if the server lags. maybe you`ve reinstalled your windows or got new hardware? Furthermore KK fixed bugs and improved the engine with evolution.... mmmhh... Life is a bad MMORPG. |

Sync problems are not hardware nor software related. It's connection related. And since I don't have any issues connecting to anything else, it's either a problem with the Neocron server or a hop in-between. Either way, the end effect is the same, and that is that I can't play for more than 30 minutes at a time without having to quit and reconnect. I'm trying to get a free trial again but Click2Pay is giving me issues. Did you know that you can add addresses to your account but you can't change those addresses to your current billing address (or even deleted the added addresses) unless you send them an e-mail? This is one of the worst online payment systems I've seen. |

That's from their latest Planfile - I have no clue what it means, but I agree - I dislike C2P. |

Let's hope so. I sent an e-mail to Click2Pay regarding my address change but I've yet to receive a response and it's been 24 hours already. Strangely, I called up their tech support and he referred me to sending an e-mail to security@click2pay.com to change my address. I fail to see why he couldn't change it himself. In every other customer service line I've come across, changing my address was as simple as confirming a few personal questions and then telling them the change. This type of service is quite unacceptable. Nothing against Reakktor since they are looking into another payment service, but Click2Pay really needs to go. I would be enjoying playing Neocron 2.1 right now on the free trial (and possibly leading to a subscription) if it weren't for this frustrating and yet simple issue of updating the address associated with my credit card. |

If you don't get a response from C2P in good time please feel free to send one to account@neocron.com and ask them to investigate for you. N |

Well, it's been 4 days now since I sent the e-mail to Click2Pay and I haven't received a response or an address change. I've just sent an e-mail to account@neocron.com, I hope it gets sorted out soon, I have the game currently installed, patched, and ready to go, but I've hit a brick wall called Click2Pay. |

hehe click2pay is the worest payment system ever invented, I had heaps of trouble using them. I think Neocron should consider using other payments services instead, e.g. Paypal, Worldpay etc.. Or even their own card services. The Company behind Neocron should listen to its community and find alternative payment systems in order to attract more players. |

They are looking into alternate forms of payment right now, it was stated in their most recent newsletter. |
