In my opinion from playing neocron 1 , 2 , 2.1, & 2.2 the game went wrong with 2.2 it made it  a stat game vs what it use to be, fun!  stat gaming works great for eve-online, but has no place in Neocron.  Before 2.2 i would have recomend neocron for anyone to at least try, but now it is not any good anymore!  That makes me very sad it use to be my favorite game, now i just do not care anymore.

when exploring w/ friend (on trial accts a long time ago), we came across one player in the swamp.  I said hi and asked what was up?  he says he's going to Regant's to "powerlevel", talking about it like it's a normal, everyday thing.  So I thought, the only player we came across is going to powerlevel, I wonder what the other 4 people online are doing ?  hehe

but I'm curious, is that what you were referring to?
