On a long enough time line, the survival rate of everyone drops to zero - Tyler Durden |
I love the concept behind this game... and it would be a great game, if you could play it. 90% of the time whenever I logged in I'd sit there locked in a type of loading screen. All I would see on my screen was "Synchronizing". My inventory was empty, my mission log empty, only thing I could do was chat in the chat channels, its like it the game was half way loaded up. To those that do play, I tried Logging on to another server with a new character, I tired logging on to the same server with a new character, I've tired the port ranges 0 to 65000 they suggest, I disable my firewall software as well as my router and I still had the same problem. I tried logging off and waiting 5 mins then logging back in. The game just would work randomly but most of the time, I'd just sit there in Sync lock. Its a shame this game wouldn't work for me, I love the setting and when I was able to play the quests and overall gameplay was fun and different. Oh well... maybe Icarus Studios (Fallen Earth Devs) can code a post nuclear setting game right. |

In all the time ive played this for I have NEVER had any problems with syncronising, or any of the other bugs that people seem to dream up. How fast is your internet connection? |

Originally posted by Dark-Eden I had the same issue, it is not a dream. However, the last time I played a little Neocron ( 3 months ago), I did not have this bug! DB Denial makes one look a lot dumber than he/she actually is. |
