Well when im in the launcher there isnt any start button or anything so how do I get into the game?

Press enter at the first launcher screen. There's a separate screen for logging in, rather than logging in through the launcher screen.

 

I have some kind of weird off-center graphics in the launcher and couldn't figure out how to log in at first either.
