Dear fellow pirates,

  We all resent liars and scammers in the game, because they obtain innocent players' hard-earned equipment, pets and money through fraud, which really damages the whole gaming community and leads people not to trust one another.

  We here at IGG would like to try to help players be aware that not everyone is friendly and that there are a very small number of people out there who will take advantage of nice players. Even deals that look legit could be clever scams. Well, we've decided enough is enough and will be launching a new event to weed out players who scam others.

Expose the Evil Tricks!

From July 16th ET (GMT-4) to August 5th ET (GMT-4)

Event Requirements:

1. Participants should describe their own experiences of being cheated or scams they have seen or heard of. Short, concise articles are preferred. No word limit.

2. Participants can also put some related screenshots or pictures in the articles.

3. Participants can write the article anyway they like. (story, interview, etc...)

4. In order to protect all players' privacy, participants shouldn't reveal any player's character name. Photoshop the pictures or screenshots you post if necessary.  ??

5. Articles should be titled with "[Scam Exposed]", example: "[Scam Exposed] Be Aware of the Scammers in The Market".

Event Rewards:

Best Contribution Work (1)--1000 Award Ceter Credits (the work benefits a lot)

Most Vivid Work (1)--1000 Award Center Credits (the work is very insightful)

Most Practical Work (1)--1000 Award Center Credits (many players like the idea)

Encouragement Awards (10 in total)--300 Award Center Credits (outstanding works besides the 3 mentioned above)

Best Replies (20 in total)--100 Award Center Credits (those who offer constructive comments)

  After the end of this event, our officials will distribute the rewards to players' forum accounts. If you have any problems with this event or the award distribution, feel free to contact the forum administrator.

  We hope this event will improve all players' awareness and help them protect themselves in a better way. Let's kick the scammers' asses!
