Howdy,

Had a question on the state of PWI that I was hoping any of its current players could answer.

I just got the e-mail regarding the Rising Tide expansion (grandiose patch really) and the addition of two classes and a public quest system piqued my interest. The game, when I played it, seemed quite fun but I came off with the feeling that the classes were rather one-dimensional, that there was basically one optimal path to be effective (at least in PvE) and other builds just gimped your character. Kinda bored me as I mostly like to experiment with class offspecs and such in MMOs for my amusement.

Anyhoo - that said, my question is 'Has the game changed at all to allow more character variety, or failing that, do the new classes offer this freedom?' Also, smaller concern here, how are these public quests? I remember the PQs being one of the few things Warhammer managed to do well.

Many thanks, and of course, a merry festivus to all.
