A mount you can get at any level, but the ones that are given free and fly are level 30. Noble and true, you are the hero other heroes aspire to be. Minimum level for a mount is level 20, not as the poster above stated. Only Elves get wings, untamed races get a flying Manta, humans get a flying sword. You cannot use the flying mounts of other races.
