your best resorce will be clicking on the link tab  and go directly to the perfect international web page, then go to their community and finally the forums. they do have a section for archers. there you can evaluate which will be the best for you. i would advise tho that you take the posters from the lost city more seriously as they are in consta pvp.

Unless you expect to spend the big bucks in the item shop, you can forget pvp.  You cannot pvp in this game without spending lots of money, the other pvpers will just own you.

Also a big pvp spot is heros tomb, don't go there with an archer, it is not a good area for an archer to excel.
