How is the PvP in this game? .

Seriously, can anyone give me a description of the PvP rather than just what is on their site (basically nothing except saying territorial battles).

territorial battles are basically your GvG (in PW clan vs clan) where you fight for the resources and earn tax on a particular region. you can also challenge anyone anywhere to a duel as long as they accept and you won't lose xp (or items). once you reach lvl 30 you can PK or be PKed. by that time you can turn safe mode on/off to prevent attacking other players. I dunno though if you can prevent you from being PKed. If you turn on PK mode you have to stay in that mode for at least 10 hours.

If someone attacks another player without killing his/her name turns pink. If someone PKs another his/her name turns red and has a high chance of losing items when dying. the more you PK the longer the duration your name will be red. you CANNOT turn on safe mode when your name is red and other players won't get penalized if they PK you in that state.
