Even if it is gpotato's fault, MMORPG.Com needs to officially let every winner know what is going on. With no official status, the current situation makes MMORPG.Com look just as bad as gpotato. |

I don't know if this would help; Still waiting for info for Razor Mouse winners
I would think it is the same problem. They don't have proper mailing info. |

If it is just a code; 1. log in to the website 2. click on " my account " 3. click on " fill-up gpotato " 4. click the " gpotato coupon " radio check box 5. Enter your code
My guess would be it is way paste useability as they are generally used up very quickly. |

The contest closed at 9PM EST on 11/22/2009 & it is now 06/29/10, yet I have received no further contact since I was informed that I had won one of the Rappelz in-game gift packages. From the other posts, it appears that the situation is the same for every winner.
We're talking over SEVEN months without a status for the winners. At this point it no longer matters if gpotato is at fault, or if MMORPG.Com is to blame. With no official word on this, the fault lies on MMORPG.Com.
A simple statement of "gpotato screwed everyone on this, sorry" is better than leaving everyone hanging for so long. |

Surprised anyone actually cares about this still. Though I'll admit, it would be more about the principal than it is for the generic itempack for a generic game for me, and its a pretty bad failure of a contest. Hell, the codes should be THE simplest thing to give out, it wasn't a keyboard, or a PC, or even a mouse pad, nope just a few digits for a virtual set of items. |

Originally posted by Cursedsei Exactly. We all know that basically everyone signed up for the (6) Death Adder Gaming Mice ($59.99) or the (3) Apple iPod Shuffles (2nd Gen) ($59.00), not the virtual item packs, but the packs still should have been awarded to the announced winners.
It is all about the principle now. |

I don't know why I was thinking of this game right now, but kind of funny we never received those prize packs. I have won contests in the past from Mmorpg.com and promptly got the prize. This one was fail from the beginning :P |

It has now been over 13 months since this contest ended & still no official word from MMORPG.Com to the winners about what went wrong.
Good job MMORPG! |
