But then again, theres the official jumpgate forums at http://forums.jossh.com which is where youll find most things.

I think the forums for all games on the list were introduced not too long ago, which is why they are still quite empty. So lets keep this forum busy to draw some attention to our beloved game :D

This new Military patch has really brought this game alive. The facional warfare is what we have been needing for a while now. So glad to see they are still adding content even for a game that many say is so old.

Jumpgate rules! I tried Eve Online, but I couldn't get into it, because you never actually FLY your ship in that game...

Because in Eve your avatar is in fact a ship, and controls are much more like in cosmic real time strategy - Homeworld. Thats why i was looking for something similar to Frontier and in the same time MMO, but i've found this game by accident, when i was browsing game list here on mmorpg.com. Now i don't know what to do, i'm not comfortable with giving my credit card details just for trial, later when i'll agree to pay its ok, but i hate when they do that with trials

Quite simply, you'll know well before the trial is up if Jumpgate is your type of game, if it isn't then just cancel the subscription. Unlike your typical MMOs you can experience pretty much everysingle in-game feature from day 1 later experience and investment just leads to you being able to get bigger benefits in your chossen task from say a bigger ship to equip faster mining lasers and 100times the cargo space to hold your ore in. Not any "PvP? oh sorry you got to be lvl 80 for that, come back later" You don't think there's anything amiss? I'm sat here wearing a red and white gingham dress, and army boots, you think that's un-amiss?
