i went to the website and the updates said " you cant gain skill point with training dummy during the trial period "

is tiral period mean we get to play for a little and pay $ a month ??

The north american version is free for a standard account.  After open beta is over in 2 weeks they will offer a premium account that will cost you a minor fee monthly and you will be able to access the target dummies and get other things like more storage space.  Hope that answers your question.
