Hi all,

I was trying to register with OGPLANET early this morning, submitted my email address. A letter from OGPLANET were send shortly afterwards. It asks me to click on an activation link for step 2 of the process, which I did, and it took me to an HTTP 500 internal error page? Anyone else encountering such error? I tried to contact their support desk, and gotten no replies.

OGPlanet has a very active staff, that answer everyone's questions as quickly as they can. I've been amazed at their quality of service.

You should receive an official reply to your help desk question within about 24 hours. Just be patient!

I registered with them yesterday with no problems.

One thing I have learned from trying to register for the mmos from asia is that alot of them only work if you use Internet Explorer browser. Sometimes when I use Firefox I get errors.

Another thing is that alot of mmos also have an issue with emails from AOL for some reason.

So if you are using either of those that could be your problem.

Im not sure if that applies to this game since it is a US company that is hosting it though.

Or it could just be that the server is temporarily down since they are getting ready to release the OB.

Keep trying periodically and I am sure you will get in.

Well I currently lives in Canada, and the staff did reply last night asking for my ip address, which were provided. After that point, things gone quiet from their support desk, and I re-petitioned with no luck. 

The odd thing is that my internet explorer browser stated that the HTTP 500 error were caused by a programing error from their website, that or the site is being under maintance.. frustrating to no end !!!!

I guess I should re-phase my question--> Did anyone successfully registered with OGPLANET today with no problems????

Well, actually, to be honest, most of their games are having problems today, I tried playing rumble fighter, and it took nearly two hours to patch, and It didn't even finish. T_T

Long story short, give it some time, they're just having a little problem with the servers right now.
