Can Asian countries play this client? Anyone can confirm it?

Asian countries already have there own versions way before US version of cabal, you should look into Cabal Japan.

What about Australia/New Zealand?

Australia/New Zealand can play on the OGPlanet.com version of Cabal.

No, they can't. That was only the closed beta, in which everybody can make it in. In the open beta, they'll IP block countries outside of north america.

Yes, in the Open Beta, they will IP block countries outside of North America. But after the Beta period, all countries except Brazil will be unblocked.

That's what they did for Rumble Fighter.

I don't know where you get your information from but its stated in plain black and white in there general section of OGPlanets forums. As stated below.

I was just assuming that every country except Brazil would be able to play, since that's the way it is for the three other games on their site.

It seems like people living Australia/NZ will never be able to play then.... there arn't many local companies that run MMOs here..

I was going to move to Mabinogi, but their CB is for NA too

Really hope they don't go ogplanet and make the final release NA only too, cause that would reaally suck

I have been able to log in with no problems, and I am from New Zealand.

Seems like they havn't banned australia/nz after all

I'm from NZ and can't log in - well it says I can't connect to the server.  Do you use a proxy or something?  I really wanna play O~o

so please, lay off the north american version. you think you can bypass the ip ban? ive alread seen angry posts in broken english saying how they lost their lv 30-60 due to ipban.  they may not catch you right away, they seem to like to let you spend a few weeks leveling, then take away all your hard work for violating the TOS....

To those Aussies out there, I suggest downloading the US version. So far I am having no trouble logging into the servers.

up to you if you want to proxy, although i would laugh if you got to lv80 and then got your account banned.  i believe the crackdown date for proxy bans are the 28th when the game goes live.

I am in Australia, playing Cabal online and I am not using a proxy.

i really thx the guy who put the link for the US cabal i really wanted 2 play this game since i got banned from the EU version and i was top lvl maxed -_- thx again pal

I've only been playing for a few days on the NA version, but from what I've seen there's more people that can barely speak English than those that can. Although this is getting common just going to the store around here, I'm doubting most of them are from NA. I've also met a pair of brothers from Israel that play. So from what I've seen, I'm guessing anyone can play, or maybe they're all just lucky and haven't been caught yet. *shrugs*
