After I type in my ID and PASSWORD they want me to type in the numbers and letters, but I can't see them. What should I do?

Maybe try exiting and reloging in again. That promt box doesnt always appear.

It is made to prevent auto-loggers from getting in.. No idea if it works..

If it doesn't show up, you can try:

1. "Check Files" on the start-menu.

2. Re-download the game, with a fresh client.
