To provide a better gaming environment to all of the players, we have decided to introduce a Community Watch (CW) System into the game. The Community Watch System is a new program that enlists the active participation of players appointed by us, to reduce inappropriate language in the servers and ensure cooperation with game rules. We are planning to appoint some qualified players to become Community Watchers, to help monitor and limit these unwanted behaviors in the game.
