Aion will be taken down in order to merge European and North American servers beginning tomorrow, July 14th. The downtime is scheduled to last 13 hours for each time zone but devs have a plan to bring smiles back to faces once everything is back up and running again. The event is called Dash of the Daevas. Devs have a LOT in store for this ongoing event.

The event pits players against one another in races for rewards and achievements.Rewards are handed out on either a Faction, Legion or Group basis:

 First Divine Fortress Capture

o   Faction reward: 5 Major Crowns per player

o   Legion reward: Custom Armor Skins

 

·        First Faction to capture all Fortresses in the Lower Abyss

o   Faction reward: 1 Major Crown per player

 

·        First Faction to capture all Fortresses in the Upper Abyss

o   Faction reward: 3 Major Crowns per player

 

·        First Group to best Tahabata Pyrelord

o  Reward: Premium Weapon Skins

 

·        First Group to defeat Unstable Triroan

o   Groupreward: 5 Black Dyes per player

 

·        First Group to defeat Lord Lannok

o   Group reward: 5 White Dyes per player

 

·        First Group to defeat Nochsana General

o   Group reward: 5 Black Dyes per player

 

·        First Menotios the Destroyer kill

o   Faction reward: 5 Major Crowns per player

o   Legion reward: 5 Major Crowns per player
