Well it's 12:30pm est time and I was able to download the updates but the servers are still down and so is the main Aion website. So not quite there yet.

It does it for you automatically, once you finish updading Asion you can remove it throught he Add/Remove Programs in the control panel. BTW the game is up now, you can all go in.

Won't let me create a Elyos char., only Asmo.... Guess they are balancing out sides. This kinda sucks , dont really want to play Asmo. Maybe I'll try later, maybe I won't :P Just looking for a time killer till GW2.
