Did they ever fix the lag in the big pvp battles? My computer squashed the recomend specs by the game in every way, and i have a better internet connection then anyone i know, and that game would crawl during a big battle, hadn't experienced anything like it since my first days of DAOC playing on my first computer. I thought maybe it was something i was doing, but as i checked around, everyone said it was a problem, they just learned to deal with it. |

As far as the new HD graphics are concerned there is a night and day difference when you switch from HD to the Original style and in HD my graphics aren't far off from what that video shows with all settings max. If your not seeing it then there is definatly something wrong on your end or in your settings that isn't being changed when HD is selected. If i get a chance tonight i'll hop on and gather Screenshots to post. My only real complaint about the new graphics upgrade was that it made my characters look different ( Pale and Shiny ) rather than the way i had them created , but using the platic surgery ticket they gave us i was able to get it back to normal. |

Okay. Sorry about that guys, apparently windows was being an ass of sorts so I had to be a 64 bit version. Game looks much better.
Sorry, I dunno if there is a screenshot mode. Anyways, my game looks much better now. I'm very satisfied. I was really disappointed is all, but now that I see the updated version I am much happier. I called NCSoft and a rep helped me figure it all out, it was great. This was my game before the patch back when I played it on the same comp minus the awesome graphics card:
and this is my guy after (with some alterations in the plastic surgery place) :P Definite difference in the shadows and skin details. But yeah sorry about my QQing, I do that when I can't get things to work.
