My 2 brothers and I are about to start playing Aion and we're looking for a good, friendly guild that is douche-free. We all have many years of MMO experience, so we're not a bunch of noobs. We played Aion during beta, and now we're ready to commit :)

This is one of the major problems I had with AION. Just like WoW, it's almost impossible to find a guild that wants you for anything less than your ability to fill a spot in a raid.

Yeah, playing for a few days and posting in official and on Aionsource has led me to believe that if your not level 35+ good luck. A lot of games have middle ground guilds that are what I consider starter guild(or great guilds depending on your wishes with the game) but I do not yet see that here.
