 Yet again we are treated like a second rate customer but ncsoft west has brought this to a new level.

Banning people from twitter and face book, Deleteing post's on the Eu forum and no responce regarding the

situation at all. If you are thinking of buying Aion dont bother because chance's are you wont be able to play

with que's of 3 to 9 hour's if you can get in, A queue to queue of 2000 + people trying to logg in to play what they

have paid for. And Ncsoft responce to the frustration of the player base. To make a post saying

Some of our most popular servers have queues on peak-times. Aion has proven to be incredibly popuar and we've already pushed the concurrency caps to the limits. We're working on adding new servers to alleviate the queues, or to at least provide options, and on a farther horizon, in the months ahead, we're looking at having character transfers ready.

Rather than creating a new thread, please use this one to post your suggestions on how we can reduce queues, or anything queue-related. Keep game-related discussion in the Suggestions Forum.

Followed by a twitter comment about going away for a week to a game's convention.

There is a complete lack of responsibility and cutomer service going on with the handling of the EU server's.

I have canceled my account and plan to ring master card in the morning to get them to do a charge back. Any emails i have sent to ncsoft customer service has avoided my question with a copy and past answer telling me to reroll on a new server.

So just a warning to or air of caution to any fellow EU mmo fans out there dont bother with this game they dont care about customer care and there idea of solving this big problem is to say we will have transfers in a couple of months.

So we are expected to sit on a 2000+ que every day for a few month's and pay to wait in line for over 6 hour's 2 if your lucky and 1 if you logg off peak time's. 

 Please bump this if your an eu player just so any other Eu people thinking of giving these people money can know what they are getting themself's in for.

Game's still worth playing. Obviously the other 10k+ per server think the same.

Edit -  usually takes me just over 2 hrs on Perento to break through a 2k queue, so I dont know whats up with that picture.

And I've been queueing for 3hrs now, after accidentally hitting 'Server Select' instead of the 'Play' button when I was on the phone.

Back to the end of the queue for me...

Jesus, can't believe they still don't have this resolved on the EU side.

 I have no problems with the game itself. Its the goon's in charge of it.

america 75 % server empty,and eu need those 75 % server just to lower their line-up frm 6 hour to 2 hour lol

Dont take the tamiflu - made me sick as a dog and only shortens the virus by 24 hrs.

 NCsoft are a bit stupid for thinking it would be as big in the US compared in Europe...

... I've told friends to hold off buying it for now, absolutely no point and a waste of money.

 there is only 5 maybe 6 english  speaking server's and no one will move to the new one* because most people have been leveling on there since the head start and they expect people to just throw away the effort they put into it and even the amount of time spent queue'd to even play that character. 

What else is really anoying is you can only make 8 character's per account i myself made a few on two server's not knowing this  which then got so crowded i cant even get in to delete them so i cant make a new character on a fresh server if i wanted to which i dont since i got one to it's twentie's and ive no desire to reroll so soon for a second time. 

ow and there is a 2000+ que on server's most of the time so even if they moved to the 1 new server it would have the exact same problem all the other's are having.

Empty?.Ive seen little evidence that NA servers are anywhere near empty ..thankfully only a 30 min queue

*mod edit*every single night I try to log into us server to play Aion I am usually in a 1-2 hour queue it's just as bad for alot of us.ofc you euro's need somethin to whine about even though you got almost a extra free week of headstart compared to us ppl.

If your in europe then that's why since there's the 30min d/c there won't be stalls that try to occupy spots.

 We have had 2000+ queue's since the head start .

They had an entire week to see what it was going to be like they also knew how meny people had pre ordered the game yet still only 5 server's its same for the french server's aswell.

You , i wont say americans since they arent all nob's, Get preferential treatment you have customer service you have people talking to you on your forums telling you what is up we are total in the dark ignored no sign of anything except to be told wait for a few months and you might have server transfers. 5 english speaking server's for europe is just plain retarded.

nha im from american server,eu is still packed full and max line-up on most server

OK, after reading about the extremely long queues in Europe I'm no longer going to complain about my under 1 hour queues on Trinel. 

But I do hope they continue to go down (41 minutes last night)

I have to agree with the op on this one.. just arrived, had dinner now lets play a bit ..

BAM 2 hrs queu wiating.. by the time i can play it will be like time to go to sleep hehe.. kinda of a joke tbh.

Middle of the night or something then?  When I logged in, which by the way it took me to the server selection screen for some odd reason rather than my server, every server said high.

Meh...doesn't really matter anyways just not what I saw last night.

Until my server crashed then it said high for all except mine which said "down".

Wish i could find the screenshot some guy took and replied with it on the aion facebook page his que time was 124 hours ! 

This is the only "community manager" recognition of the problem and his attempt to deal with it 2 minets before he does a week off to lala land. if anyone hasnt seen it and the reply's from people. Not a single responce to anyone from the guy or any one for that matter.

It's unbelievable that people will queue for such a mediocre game.  I almost went to log in, to persist in my quest (or is that "chore") to see if the game gets any more interesting, but I just couldn't be bothered.

 Yea that's the thing the game is good i enjoy it but it aint worth this hassle.

I think the queues are fail, and am annoyed, but I don't get what else you'd like them to do?

What you quoted them saying sounds reasonable to me. It's better than having loads and loads of servers and landing up with an AoC situation.

There is loads and loads aka warhammer 50 million servers and then there is aion not having enough servers to handle the amount of copys you have sold. They knowingly over sold there product knowing that the servers dont have the capacity to handle so meny people(or maybe someone screwed up, then they should say it and issue an apology and offer refunds etc). How is starting a mmo with say 8 or 10 server's anything like warhammer for example its not 10 is a reasonable amount if you have over 400k preorder's. Who is asking for loads we should get what we paid for they have made a massive amount of money from all the pre order's which they now have and what do we have a que simulator.

aion on one side have american server to spare and on the other eu witch is chewing them like can and demand more

most will have to wait till dust settle down
