Hey guys, i just downloaded and installed the chinese version of the game and every time i try to run the patcher i just get an error box with a bunch of lil squares in it with the only option to close it.....Any idea why

Ok i got it patched up and everything now....But having trouble getting the english patch to work for me....where and how does it need to be extracted to for it to properly translate the files into english?

Once you have the file downloaded from one of the sites provided Synthetick you just need to put it in the L10N folder. Wich is found in the directoy of wich you installed the game.

What Xzenage said is true, you need to only place the contents of the patch inside the L10N folder inside the directory where Aion is installed to.

Also, you might need to go into your Control Panel on your operating system and make sure your regional settings are set to English (USA) or something along those lines. If you don't know how to get there let me know what operating system you are using and I'll guide you through it.
