I've had no issues setting up the account and getting gametime.  I am finding the client download to be very very slow - and the torrent showed no seeds.  Is there a NA mirror for the CN client yet?  This is going to take 2 days at this rate.

 I also just started downloading too through BT. My uTorrent says about 200+ seeds and over 5000+ leechers. Still some seeders though. Use the 1.9 beta, seems to  go faster...

i just grabbed it from there and am up to 200kbps which is fine, i have to put the kid to bed and what not before i get into this.  i'll be looking for you in game Synthetick in a few hours though :)

You might wanna know that AION is now P2P, and probably not worth it, at least for chinese, since noone knows how far does the english patch translate.

English patch starts dwindling around 25 from what I hear -- there's people in my guild past that, but I haven't specifically asked them how the patch is still holding up. Hope for a update to the english patch soon.

And I believe most of the people that are trying the Chinese out aren't wanting to go play there forever and evers, hehe, I think most of them just want to try the game out and see what the fuss is about. Most people are just buying 2-5 hours to give it a try. And that it's good for.

He means Pay to play, not Peer to Peer..

Edit: Aion costs money to play, this is viewed as bad by some folks and good by others.

Peer to Peer is a download style, a good one generally.
